You may return or exchange most products within 30 days of receiving your item(s).

All returned product(s) need to be brand new, unused, never worn or washed, in its original packaging. Any used product or returns after 30 days of receipt will not be accepted.

To return, please follow the instructions below:

1. Include your Order Number, packing slip (if available), along with your reason for the return (to exchange, please indicate exchange), your email address and phone number.

2. Verify that the merchandise is in its original packaging.

3. For your protection, please use a trackable/traceable shipping method (we recommend USPS Parcel Post or Priority Mail with shipping confirmation).

4. Please include your Order Number on the return package and send to:

You will be notified once your return or exchange has been processed. For returns, 15% restocking fee applies. The refund of the item price deduct the restocking fee will be issued back to your original method of payment after we receive and inspect the return, typically within 5 business days after receipt of the returned package. Any return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, including refused and unaccepted packages.
